Our team of licensed and experienced nurses and support staff create a seamless experience from registration to result reporting. All members of our teams are trained in and adhere to strict personal protective equipment and sanitation measures.

Step 1: Contact Us

Fill out the contact form below with details on your workforce and testing needs. You will receive a response within 48 hours.


Step 2: Planning

Switch Health will reach out by phone or e-mail to discuss your testing needs in detail and answer any questions you may have.


Step 3: Home Visit

A dedicated Switch Health team of registered nurses and/or registered practical nurses expertly trained in specimen collection will arrive on-site.


Step 4: Laboratory Processing

Specimens arrive at our fully private laboratory for test processing. Switch Health's partner laboratory runs Health Canada approved tests.


Step 5: Results

Your Switch Health account manager will be in touch regarding test results in 1 to 2 days. Results can be accessed on ASMO.

Frequently asked questions

What areas do you service for at home visits?

Switch Health at home visits are currently available in most of the Greater Toronto Area (City of Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan, Markham, Pickering), Calgary, and Halifax. If you live outside of these areas, please reach out and we will work to find a tailored solution for you.

How much does a home visit cost?

The cost per test is $160 + HST. An additional service fee beginning at $75 will be added depending on your location. We will confirm the final cost with you at the time of booking.

How quickly can I schedule an appointment?

A Switch Health representative will respond to your request within 48 hours between Tuesday and Saturday from 9am and 5pm EST.

When will I get my results?

Your results will be available same day or next day on the Switch Health Patient Portal, ASMO. You will be notified by text message or email when your results are available on ASMO. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to
